Tomorrow Today is proud to present its flagship Smart Locker for K-12 facilities: The SecureTech EDU Series Smart Locker. Built specifically for K-12 environments and aligned with state legislation, the SecureTech EDU Series is engineered for security, accessibility, and seamless administration. Each student is assigned a tamper-resistant bay, accessible through RFID stickers permanently affixed to their student IDs or by PIN code.

Upgrade your locker to a smart locker to take advantage of our “LockerHub” web-based locker management software. LockerHub allows each locker to be self-customized to each school or district’s needs. Administrators can configure settings from time-based access restrictions to tiered permissions for staff and students, and access real-time audit logs and reporting.

Unlike pouches or wall caddies that are easily bypassed and create heavy workloads for staff, SecureTech lockers are self-managed by students and built to last 10-15 years, delivering higher compliance, lower administrative burden, and a long-term investment that supports educators’ evolving approach to focused learning in the digital age.

Hardware Features:

• Fail-Secure Electronic Locks: Remain locked during power outages for maximum security
• Multiple Bay Configurations: Comes in either 20, 30, 32, 34, or 40 Bay models to accommodate for student count or space restrictions
• Mechanical Override Levers: Built into each bay, accessible only through a secure internal panel
• LED Status Indicators: External LEDs show real-time bay status (occupied, vacant, error, etc.)
• Standard Power: Operates on 110V AC outlets – no special electrical planning required

Primary Access Options:

• RFID/NFC badges (already embedded in some schools’ existing student ID cards or can be added with adhesive RFID/NFC tags)
• Manual entry of student ID and PIN code (backup option)
• Barcode scanning supported but not recommended, as codes can be easily duplicated
